Default Help! Buttons do not work

Just installed this on oscommerce 2.2 with ioncube, the minfo.php page is fine since I run your performance module right now. But for some reason nothing happens when I click on the buttons to create an autoresponder, macro, and even to check smtp settings. I am using firefox 8 so I tried IE 7 and it had javascript errors. Can someone help me? I would really like to try this out.

Thank you.

Default Update

Most of the errors were fixed with adding HTTPS_SERVER definition to the configure file since that did not exist in the admin. But the screens stick on loading... saying there is an syntax error in one of the JS files.

Error: syntax error
Source File: .../m1/fua/context_menu.js.php
Line: 3, Column: 6
Source Code:
}

Now this I can't fix obviously since your code is not open source where this file is concerned. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
