Importing Categories and Products

I am just starting with MagneticOne, so it is all new to me.
My problem is, the Categories and Products do not show up in store, even tho the manager states that the import has been successful with no errors. I know that I am just missing something but I can not find it. I have read and re-read the instructions all day yesterday and today, but I can not find what I am doing wrong.
Is there anyone who can help me.
From what I see I think I am going to really like this program.
I have 32,479 products to install in my store on 17 different csv files, I really need to figure this out please.

Please make sure, that products quantity value after import is more than "1" and products are in stock.
