Exporting Products not working for one of my stores

Hi,

I am attempting to export and import products using the Magnetic Tool . I have 2 site on the same box, one is for testing and one is for production. On production both import and export work, but on my test site neither does and no error is reported on the screen. When attempting to export the the preview list is blank! Not sure whats going on, I'm assuming there is something different with my test site that Magnetic doesnt like. Please help
