Problems with imported products (Magento 1.5.1)

Hi' I'm having trouble with my imported products. They are showing as they should, but when I make changes from the backend, and save the product again, with lets say, another price? Then they "disappear" like they are not locked to the category, and then I need to but them back into a category..

Is this a known problem? It's giving me alot of problems with our new shop.
